dc.description.abstract	During the period 1 April 1976 through 31 March 1979, the Millstone Hill radar facility in Westford, Massachusetts (42° N, 71.5° W) was supported for incoherent scatter studies of the earth's upper atmosphere and ionosphere by the National Science Foundation under Grant ATM 75-22193. This report describes the work carried out under this grant.	en_US
