To gain insight into whether the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center (LLSC) TX-GAIA supercomputer is being used as effectively as it can, the LLSC has been collecting detailed data on system usage over the past year. More than a million user jobs later, the team has released the dataset open source to the computing community. The goal is to empower computer scientists and data center operators to better understand avenues for data center optimization.en_US
