On June 10th, 2019, the USAID/Uganda Mission hosted a workshop for Uganda’s Global Food Security Strategy (GFSS) portfolio, bringing together USAID staff and implementing partners working on Feed the Future, Food for Peace, and resilience programming. The workshop had three main objectives: 1. Bring together the broader group of stakeholders working on the Global Food Security Strategy in order to incorporate resilience programming more formally into the systems approach. 2. Strengthen the group’s collective understanding of USAID’s work on agriculture and food security in Uganda, particularly the opportunities for synergy and collaboration between Feed the Future and Resilience programs. 3. Solicit input from participants on where USAID should invest next: which interventions were working well, and where there were gaps that needed to be lleden_US
